Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Job description
Position : Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Department : Regulatory Affairs
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage development of high-quality regulatory documents, including briefing documents, CTAs, IND / IMPD, MAA / BLA, and responses to questions for products in compliance with approved filing plans, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Preparation, and compilation of dossiers for Regulated, Semi regulated, and ROW markets.
- eCTD publishing support with tool deployment
- Review of dossiers as per updated Country specific guidelines including Gap Analysis
- Attending and solving queries of dossier assessment.
- Lead & support CMC aspects of dossier to review and approve submission documents in accordance with the regulatory guidelines, evaluate changes in CMC documentation with respect to its impact on regulatory submissions, strategize filing categories, compile submissions to Europe, FDA, and other international markets.
- Due Diligence support on CMC strategy for complex injectable products.
- Experience in CMC requirements for EU/US for solid dosage forms and/or complex injectable.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and compile high quality regulatory submissions, within stipulated timelines and accordance to the guidelines, ensuring submission documents are accurate, compliant, and high-quality.
- Participation in regulatory meetings with Health Authorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & experience required
- Pharmacy Graduate or Post-Graduate
- Minimum 3-6 years of regulatory Affairs Experience.
- Experience for US & EU Market are preferred skills
QC Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance and Control:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control Plan tailored to interior fitout projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify defects and oversee corrective actions to address quality issues.
2. Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to align quality goals with project timelines.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders regarding quality concerns and resolutions.
- Ensure materials and finishes meet specified standards and certifications.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality tests, and any non-conformance issues.
- Prepare regular quality assurance reports for senior management and clients.
- Document lessons learned to improve quality processes in future projects.
4. Training and Team Development:
- Provide training to site staff and subcontractors on quality standards and best practices.
- Build and lead a team of quality control professionals as required.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in quality control/assurance within commercial interior fitouts or construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing quality on high-end fitout projects.
2. Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and methods used in commercial interior fitouts.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
3. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management and quality software tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools).
